COMMERCIAL REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS

Secure RP1210 access.
From anywhere.

Connect professional truck diagnostic software to a remote RP1210 adapter with authenticated end-to-end encryption, live connection quality, and centralized access control.

🔐

Authenticated E2E security

Operator and Truck endpoints establish their own encrypted tunnel. Relay infrastructure cannot inspect USB payloads.

Low-latency transport

Purpose-built connection health, jitter, packet-loss, and throughput telemetry keeps remote sessions visible and predictable.

🛡

Programming Guard

Safety state and connection quality help operators make informed decisions before sensitive ECU programming work.

👥

Commercial account control

Controlled registration, administrator activation, concurrent-session limits, expiry dates, password resets, and audit history.

🔌

Simple RP1210 workflow

Share the physical adapter on the Truck Client, attach it on the Operator workstation, then open the required vendor application.

📊

Live operations portal

Users see their active sessions while administrators monitor endpoints, traffic, security state, accounts, and service health.

HOW IT WORKS

Connected in six clear steps

No public USB/IP port and no direct access to the truck computer.

  1. 1Install both applicationsThe technician uses Operator; the truck-side computer uses Truck Client. Signed-in users download both from the user portal.
  2. 2Operator signs inEnter https://www.usbremote.autotuninglab.com, the approved Operator email, and password.
  3. 3Generate and copy the invitationPress Generate client, then Copy key + server. Send the complete private invitation to the truck technician using a trusted channel.
  4. 4Truck connects and sharesOpen Truck Client, press Paste Operator invite, Connect, select the RP1210 adapter, then Share.
  5. 5Operator attachesWait for Truck Client connected, press Remote devices, select the adapter, and press Attach. After Windows loads its vendor driver, open the required diagnostic application.
  6. 6Use Programming GuardEnable Guard before ECU programming. Continue only with stable latency, low jitter, zero packet loss, reliable power, and a recovery plan.
IMPORTANT PROGRAMMING NOTICE

Remote ECU programming carries unavoidable risk

Internet quality, power loss, truck voltage, computer stability, RP1210 hardware, vendor software, and ECU behavior are outside the Relay's control. HEAVYTUNING provides transport and safety telemetry but does not guarantee a programming operation. You are responsible for confirming stable conditions, maintaining battery support, following the OEM procedure, and having an ECU recovery method. HEAVYTUNING is not responsible for a damaged, locked, or unrecoverable ECU caused by an interrupted or unsuccessful programming operation.
